Data Protection Declaration & Legal Information for the EWOLVES Organisations-Check. This notice follows the structure and information published in our official privacy policy.

1. Privacy at a glance

We process personal data only when it is needed to provide, secure and improve this service, to answer enquiries, or when you have given consent.

The Organisations-Check may process your answers, the name and email address you provide, consent records, language preference and technical information required to operate the website. We do not use the answers to make automated decisions about individuals.

3. How we collect and use data

Data is provided directly when you complete the check, request a result, contact us or book a conversation. Technical data such as browser type, operating system, referrer, date and time, IP address and server log information can be processed automatically to deliver and protect the website.

We use the information to calculate and display your requested result, send communications you explicitly request, prevent abuse, maintain the service and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (requested service), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and reliable operation) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).

We keep data only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by statutory retention periods, then delete or anonymise it. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Hosting, security and recipients

The website is hosted by Hostinger Operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, Vilnius 03230, Lithuania. A data processing agreement is used where required. Service providers receive only the data needed for their contracted task and must protect it under GDPR requirements.

Transport encryption (SSL/TLS) protects data sent to this website. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

5. Forms, email and online meetings

Contact-form and email data is used to handle your request. If you book an appointment, Microsoft Bookings and, where applicable, Microsoft Teams may process the booking and meeting data. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland, provides these services; transfers and access outside the EU/EEA are governed by applicable safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This application uses essential browser storage, including local storage, to remember language settings and an in-progress check. These entries are not used for advertising. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. 8. Social media and external links

Links to external services such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business or the EWOLVES website lead to providers with their own privacy notices. Their processing starts when you use those services and is governed by their policies.
